Coffee vs Tea- Two Health Dynamo’s
Drinking a cup of coffee daily can lower the risk of developing clogged arteries according to a study done by Epidemiologist Dr. Eliseo Guillar of Johns Hopkins Univ. The down side of coffee use is that it’s said to elevate LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase blood pressure. Drinking Tea, especially a combo’s of Japanese and Chinese tea, is said to prevent certain types of Cancer with no down side. CONCLUSION: Tea sounds like the best health choice.
