Salad Recipe to Prevent Heart Disease.

Dr Oz recommended these three items in your salad for optimum heart health. Mushrooms to help blood pressure, Green Peas for folac acid & Broccoli, rich in vitamin C.  I will add on my own. Use Watercress instead of Iceberg lettuce, add on some sliced apples or tangerines, add cucumbers & dried cranberries, finish off with combo of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, touch of salt & pepper. WOW…..who needs a steak?
