Roses represent love, but why?
Considered the flower of Love, the Rose is dedicated to Venus and Aphrodite. Also considered a symbol of secrecy because of the way the petals hide its center. Some Masonic lodges hang a red rose from the ceiling as a reminder of the private nature of the discussions taking place. Alchemy traditions believed the Red rose represents male energy, passion, love; the White , female energy, innocence, purity; Yellow; compassion & humanity; Pink; friendship and thankfulness and Orange; enthusiasm & optimism. No matter what color, they are beautiful and should be given to the person we love, so Mothers Day is coming folks, send her a color assortment, for obvious reasons. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
