Banning Potato Chips in California.

Radio-frequency-drying-slashes-acrylamide-in-potato-chips-Study_strict_xxlDr. Oz reported in his show that the cooking process done in potato chips causes a toxic result.  “Carb’s” that are cooked in high temperature, develop into Acrylamide, which is a carcinogen and causes Cancer. He also reported that California has proposed a law banning potato chips from being sold in 2012 unless there is a Warning label on each bag, similar to the one seen in a pack of cigarettes.   It seems that this Acrylamide is also present in coffee, almonds, chocolates and other tasty goodies.   As a potato chip junkie myself, this news is devastating.  Will  keep you posted to further developments.
