ANTI OXIDANTS – Food or Supplements?

The FOUR MOST IMPORTANT ANTI OXIDANTS needed daily for maximum health. You can take a supplement OR Eat the following:  Vitamin E– (500mg) for Brain Power. EAT: 5.5 cups of Spinach, or 19 cups of Raspberries, or 50 cups of Cheddar Cheese or 9.5 lbs of beef or 1/5 cup Almonds.  Vitamin C- (60 mg)  EAT: 3/4 cups of Broccoli or Cauliflower, or 3.4 cups of Strawberries, or 30 cups of yogurt.  Vitamin A (2500 units) EAT: 1/4 carrot or 1/4 cup of cantaloupe, OR 1/5 lb of goat cheese, OR 2.5 lbs of shrimp. Selenium (70mg) EAT: 3 cups Mushrooms, OR 50 bananas, OR 5 oz Halibut Fish OR 1 Brazil Nut. It seems some of these foods are “doable” in getting our daily dosage of anti oxidants,  perhaps taking a daily supplement might be easier, although not necessarily healthier.
