Body Symptoms = Vitamin Deficiency

There are several body indicators that blatantly show you to be deficient in a particular vitamin. Here are a few that I found interesting.

a) Cracks on side of the mouth when you wake up in the morning, or a sore inside the mouth, you are deficient in Vitamin B6, which can also be a cause of inflammation in your body. Another similar condition is brittle, splitting or peeling nails and/or dry or brittle hair, you might have a deficient immune system.

b) If you press hard (with your thumb) on the middle of your chest bone, and you have pain, you might be deficient in Vitamin D.

Apples keeps your joints moving, and Magnesium (400mg) protects your ears.
